What Affiliona does

Affiliona provides infrastructure that lets businesses create referral, affiliate, and hiring-referral programs, and lets participants promote those opportunities through personalized referral links. When a conversion is attributed to your link, you may earn a reward, commission, or bounty defined by the business.

You may be compensated

Participants can receive compensation for qualifying referrals. That compensation creates a material connection between you and the business whose opportunity you are promoting. Under U.S. Federal Trade Commission guidance and equivalent rules in other jurisdictions, that connection must be disclosed to the people you are referring.

Your responsibility to disclose

You are responsible for disclosing your relationship when you promote an opportunity, for example by using clear language like "I may earn a reward if you sign up through my link." Disclosures must be clear, conspicuous, and placed near the recommendation itself — not hidden in a footer or behind a link. Some programs provide disclosure language on their opportunity page; using it is a good starting point, but you remain responsible for your own compliant disclosure.

Be truthful

Only make claims you can support. Do not say a product cured, earned, or achieved something you cannot substantiate. Share your honest experience, and do not imply results you have not personally experienced.

Businesses' responsibility

Businesses are responsible for the lawfulness of their program terms, the accuracy of their listings, and their compliance with advertising and disclosure rules for the opportunities they publish.

No guaranteed earnings

Affiliona does not guarantee that you will earn any reward, commission, or bounty. Earnings depend on the quality of your referrals, the business's program rules, and the business's approval of qualifying activity. Please promote only products and services you genuinely believe in.
